Week 7: Emmanuel Pahud, Lionel Cottet, Louis Schwizgebel-Wang, Sol Gabetta, Zubin Mehta…
The last week – already! – of the 55th edition of the festival, this year under the signs of sun and fire. And there will still be plenty of heat for the last three events of the final weekend, beginning with a concert at the church in Saanen on Friday evening featuring star flutist Emmanuel Pahud.

Week 6: Gala Johann Strauss, Nikolaj Znaider, Ivan Fischer, Cecilia Bartoli…
For the sixth (and already second-to-last) week of the festival intendant Christoph Müller and his team have prepared another dream weekend in the Tent in Gstaad for you: an evening dedicated completely to Johann Strauss on Friday with a pure Viennese orchestra conducted by Alfred Eschwé, and on the following evening a “Slavic romance” with violinist Nikolaj Znaider performing Brahms’ violin concerto and the Budapest Festival Orchestra interpreting the Hungarian Dances and Dvorak’s 8th Symphony under the direction of Ivan Fischer.

Week 5: Verdi Requiem, My Fair Lady, Music for the Royal Fireworks…
The fifth week – already! – and more great moments scheduled at the festival. Following a weekend marked by fireworks with concerts featuring the Gstaad Festival Orchestra in the tent, two exceptional concerts are to follow this week at the same location: Verdi’s Requiem with the Neubeuern Choir Ensemble and Enoch zu Guttenberg on Friday, and on Saturday the musical “My Fair Lady” in a German version performed by Theater Basel under the direction of Tom Ryser.

Week 3: Magdalena Kozena, Rolf Lislevand, Sol Gabetta, Hélène Grimaud…
The third week – already! – and the show of fireworks does not let up. The festivities continue on Tuesday in Saanen with the much anticipated concert featuring Czech mezzo-soprano Magdalena Kozena performing arias by Vivaldi and Handel with Andrea Marcon and the Venice Baroque Orchestra.

This is THE festival concert not to be missed for any reason! A concert of such originality that one can only leave content.
«Buenos Aires Madrigal» est un voyage imaginaire réalisé par trois amis, une Italienne (Sabina Colonna Preti) et deux Argentins (Eduardo Egüez et Francisco Gato), né de la rencontre et des échanges, au fil du temps, entre leurs cultures.
