Planting trees on behalf of young talents

Since summer 2023, we have directly involved our youngest artists in our sustainability measures as part of our Mission Menuhin. With the tree certificate from our partner myblueplanet, which all artists in the Academy and the "Jeunes Etoiles" concert series receive on stage, we plant trees and support the region's foresters in reforestation.
The time has come in spring 2024. We have commissioned the local forester to plant 70 trees, which will make an important contribution to the sustainable development of our forests as part of the general reforestation programme.
The 70 trees represent two festival editions and therefore the certificates that have already been awarded in summer 2023 and those that will be awarded in summer 2024.
