Here is a programme of rare intelligence! To better reveal the thousand and one subtleties of Chopin's 24 Preludes, the young German pianist Alice Sara Ott has decided to bring them into dialogue with works from all walks of life, from Mozart to Nino Rota, Takemitsu and Chilly Gonzales. With bonus commentary and video footage! If you are not yet familiar with the subtle art of this most precocious musician – who at the age of three, when she could barely speak, realised that “music is the language that goes beyond words” and decided to devote her life to it – go and take a look at her impressive discography, published since 2008 under the Deutsche Grammophon label.


Gershwin Piano Quartet replaces Alice Sara Ott

Due to illness, the pianist Alice Sara Ott has had to cancel her concert “Echoes of Life” on Sunday, 13^thAugust. We wish her a fast recovery! Luckily, the ensemble Gershwin Paino Quartet, based in Switzerland, will be able to take her place. The four virtuoso pianists will be performing a diverse range of pieces by Saint-Saëns, Rachmaninov, Rimsky-Korsakov and Gershwin.Previously bought tickets will remain valid. Tickets will be reimbursed if you do not wish to attend the replacement concert.
